I saw an ad featuring Bing Crosby that explained there was nothing better than a soothing cigarette when you woke up with that raspy cough.
That's why I keep a fifth of vodka by my bed in case I wake up with night sweats and anxiety dreams. A couple of belts and back to (good) dream land.
