"Didn't Realize Economic Policy Could be Used for Parties"

Up the road a bit, in Corvallis, some applied economics:

Corvallis block party, well let's put it this way it was hard to walk out in the street because there were so many people. The cops just stared at us. Everyone I talked to said that the party was too big to bust up...wait that policy sounds familiar. Didn't realize economic policy could be used for parties.
