Interview With Frustrated Mayor of New Orleans

This interview with New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin, where he lashes out at the response the hurricane, is worth listening to even though it runs 12+ minutes.  He does not pull any punches in his frank assessment.  There is also a transcript but it does not capture the emotion and frustration the Mayor expresses: [Transcript and audio link from CNN here]
