Cherry Picking, Flawed Assumptions

Surprise:

...a recent report from some congressional Republicans grossly exaggerates state Medicaid costs under health reform. ...

In fact:

Medicaid expansion is a good deal for states.  Reports that claim otherwise are simply not credible.
